The Titroline Easy is an automatic pH and mV titrator for everyday routines. It is as simple as pressing the button on this small titrator for precise, quick and easy pH titration. You can use the self-selecting end point or the preset end point method. Documentation of your test results are displayed on the easy to read LCD screen with its large-scale dialog display. A printer or PC can be connected via the RS-232-C interface port.

The Titroline Alpha is a compact, fully-equipped titrator with an integrated burette module. The titration parameters for numerous applications have been present in order to carry out optimal parameters without wasting time. Alternately, operators can enter their own individual methods into memory. The Alpha can handle all levels of difficulty and can perform critical applications such as the determination of acid or base numbers in oils (TAN, TBN). A made to measure report for each method can be assembled from the data and the results are sent to a printer or a computer.

This tester is designed for control of cap tightness in container closure operations. It can be used with either molded, metal screw caps or lug caps on glass, plastic or metal containers. The bottle is held in place with chuck jaws. The jaws will accommodate from 1/2" minimum diameter container to 6 1/2" maximum. The cap is removed (either by hand or with a suitable chuck). The pointer will show the torque in inch lbs. required to apply or loosen the cap, depending on the model used. Standard range: 0 - 25 inch lbs. Optional ranges: 0 - 50 and 0 - 100 inch lbs.

This simple testing process eliminates variable results typically caused by manual recording errors, operator disparities and testing procedure differences. Additionally, by using data provided by the TorqoTM, you are able to rapidly identify problem situations and make corrections, thereby eliminating unnecessary expenses caused by capping defects, leaking containers and potential rejected shipments. 

TM cap torque testing system is available for cap torque applications related to hot or cold fill lines, thread or roll-on caps and sport or twist off caps. The greatest benefit gained by using the TorqoTM system is the ability to perform non-destructive testing. During a standard testing procedure, the motorized version of the TorqoTM system rotates a cap only to the point of release, then retightens the cap automatically to a specified torque. This permits the cap removal torque to be measured while maintaining the integrity of the cap seal, and allowing for the product to be returned to the packaging or bottling line when the test is completed.
