  Applying patented methodologies in low level oxygen, pH and CO2 measurements, low speed magnetic stirring, gas recirculation, liquid (and slurry) sparging and leak-tight chamber construction, Terriss offers a variety of custom environmental instruments, including bioreactors and respirometers. Smaller units utilize the SmarTesterPC Mini-Lab to power sensors and accessories (like valves and pumps), plus acquire and store data. Larger, more complicated systems are handled by a personal computer with accessories like data acquisition and relay boards. In either case long term data archiving and statistical analysis are available with SmartLab software. Outline your process requirements to us, and we would be pleased to quote on a system that will meet your needs.
  Considerations: 1. Sensors requirements (e.g. oxygen, carbon dioxide, pH, temperature, pressure, other). 2. Data collection requirements, including statistical analysis requirements. 3.   Terriss' new line of custom reaction chambers is designed for a variety of scientific studies including soil, wastewater, chemical and biological. Specifications: Sizes: 500 milliliters to 10 gallons Styles: Single and double wall (the latter for heating and cooling). Covers: Threaded or clamp-style. Construction Materials: (Depending on application requirements) stainless steel (type 303, 304 and 316), Norel, Nylon, PVC, glass and Acrylic. Gaskets: Buna, Neoprene or Viton. Fittings: NPT or straight thread, on the top, sides or bottom.
  Accessories: an integral magnetic stirrer (the stir bar is on a pin on the bottom), sparging frits, mesh sieves and perforated stainless steel platforms. Also available are a variety of instruments for measuring pressure, temperature, oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, pH, conductivity, to name a few, plus process control and data collection. Terriss Magnetic Stirrers mix up to ten gallons comfortably. They are available in speedsbetween 30 and 2000 rpm. The driver and stir bar incorporate rare earth magnets for powerful coupling. The enclosure is stainless steel.

Heavy 14 gauge top and bowl with two seamless drawers, 20" x 12" x 4" deep (easily removed for cleaning), two sliding doors and roomy storage space underneath.   Rugged, welded and polished, corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The square cornered compartments have a 1-1/2"rolled rim, faucet holes on 8" centers and a basket drain. Working height is 34". It sits on tubular 1-5/8" legs with adjustable ball feet. The compartment depth is 14". Cove corners and special sizes are available on request. When requesting drain boards specify left or right as you face the sink. Fabricated in T-304 stainless steel. T-316 stainless steel is available. Please inquire.
