    These three-bladed mixing propellers are fabricated and welded, not cast. They are seamless with a smooth, polished finish. The hub has a set screw. They are available in T-304 and T-316 stainless steel.

    When ordering, please specify right or left hand pitch and bore size.

    Motor running clockwise - left hand pitch directs the flow down; right hand pitch directs the flow up

    Motor running counterclockwise - left hand pitch directs the flow up; right hand pitch directs the flow down.

    Stainless steel shafts are available in diameters of 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and l". Please specify length required.

    Stabilizing rings are also available. Please inquire.

    Mixer, Magnetically Coupled, Sealed Chamber

    T-02-360  Unit, complete 

    This unit is designed for use in sealed chambers, under vacuum or pressure. It elminates the problems of shaft seal maintenance and leakage. The maximum speed is is 2000 rpm, greater then most magnetic stir bar mixers, and it provides more mixing action. Add baffles to the chamber walls to improve mixing. All wetted surfaces are T-303 stainless steel. On special order the unit can be made in T-316 stainless steel. The mixing assembly blades can be designed and sized for your application.

    Installation is simple. Drill a hole in the bottom of the chamber and slide in the drive housing and seal. The locking nut on the bottom holds the housing and seal in place. Attach the drive magnet and motor with two set screws.
